We think that our primary organizational culture is to be diligent and trustworthy with all of our stakeholders and to assist societal advancement.

Paperless Office

We minimize printing of Paper and use of material files, in the whole working process. Office documents are reviewed via Pad and transferred via electronic files.

Environmental protection and tree planting

The Foundation has adopted trees in western China as a corporate entity in the Alibaba Group's "Ant Forest" project, and regularly maintains and funds forest planting. The Foundation also donates carbon savings to areas in need through the "eOffice Compact".

Gender equality, no age discrimination

Approximately 45% of the Foundation's staff are women. About 40% of employees are older than 45 years old.
